All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order (for example if an item is out of stock or priced incorrectly); if we do, we'll refund you in full.

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD). We try to keep pricing accurate but errors can occur; where a price is clearly wrong we'll contact you before processing.
Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers. Your order is confirmed once payment is received.
Delivery
Delivery timeframes are estimates. Title and risk pass to you on delivery. See our Shipping & Delivery page for details.
Returns
Returns are handled under our Returns & Refunds policy and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
